When you place an order or interact in other ways with the ulaoops website, you will probably submit some personal data, for example; your name, phone number, postal address, email address and contact details. We store most of this information to help us fulfill orders quickly and efficiently and to speed up repeat orders.
However, we DO NOT store any of your credit or debit card details. For payments to take place you are redirected to the PayPal website. At no time do we see your card details or hold them on any of our systems. This is for security reasons and to ensure your complete peace of mind.
Items marked as “in stock” are individually made to order. The current lead-time for each item is written in the product description.
Items marked as “back ordered” may take longer than 2 weeks. For a more precise times please message us using the contact form.
When we receive your order/payment we will send you an email to confirm. Paypal will also confirm your payment.
Hoops are measured by Outer Diameter (OD). (NOT Inner diameter as is common in hoops from USA)
At ULA we take pride & care in the quality of our craftsmanship. Each hoop is made by hand to order & individually tested to ensure it is of the best quality & sent out in full working order. Please note that as our hoops are hand-made some minor scratches to tubing may occur in the manufacturing process.
After the hoop first uncoils and from being packaged, it can take a little time to properly relax and re-find it’s shape. This can also sometimes cause the connector to be difficult to open/close. The hoop should be uncoiled and stored as a big round as soon as possible.
If there is any damage to the item on receipt you must inform us within 48 hours so we can contact the courier. It should be sent back to us as soon as possible for repair or replacement .
If you change your mind after receiving your hoop & would like to send it back for refund, you must inform us within 7 days & return the item to ourselves in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Please keep proof of postage & parcel tracking number. Your refund will be processed after we have received & checked the returned item. We do not refund postage/shipping costs.
In the event that the item suffers damage or stops working as it should, please message us using the contact form and we will advise on the next steps to take. To avoid unnecessary postage costs, please do not send the item back to us without being instructed to do so by ourselves. Many issues may be solvable by user themselves under our advice alone.
All our hoops are designed to be used by adults (over the age of 14 years).
This service applies only to LED hoops purchased from ourselves at ULA.
Hoops must be in full working order. If your hoop is faulty, please message us via the contact form to discuss before placing your order.
After we receive your order we will send you a returns address. It is your responsibility to get the hoop back to us so we recommend you repackage the hoop (in it’s original packaging where possible) & send it tracked delivery.
It is the responsibility of the individual customer and/or user to read the Warranty, Hoop Care & Battery Care sections of this website & to take all necessary precautions to avoid any potential hazards. By purchasing and/or using any products from Universal Light Architecture, agree to be held solely responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you, including all associated risks, injury or damage caused.
