This is a service to down-size and/or replace the tubing of your existing ‘Oops’ or ‘Ulaoops Classic/Draw’ LED hoop .
This service does not apply to any other type of LED hoop.
Hoops must be in full working order. If your hoop is faulty, please message us via the contact form to discuss.
After placing your order, please send your re-packaged hoop only (not remote control/batteries etc) to:

It is your responsibility to get the hoop back to us in working order, so we recommend you securely repackage the hoop & send it tracked delivery.
